ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to seven (7) business days to process your order (website orders).

Bespoke requests and orders will have a separate, pre-agreed timeline. 

LOCAL AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY 

Free U.K. shipping for orders over £60 (standard, tracked) - 2-3 business days

Free worldwide shipping for orders over £120 (standard, tracked) - 7-14 business days

Shipping:

UK: £3.99 for under £60 (standard, tracked) - 2-3 business days

Worldwide: Starting from £12.99 for under £120 (standard, tracked) - 7-14 business days

The Crystal Poet uses The Royal Mail as our default courier. Optional couriers and services available upon request.

Shipping to the EU or Northern Ireland is currently not available.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Crystal Poet is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

OPEN BOXES

Open boxes are available at The Crystal Poet to meet minimum shipping. Simply DM The Crystal Poet on Instagram or email thecrystalpoet@gmail.com to request an open box. Current outstanding totals will need to be paid in order to keep an open box.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thecrystalpoet@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
